Hello Mike,
My name is Doug Kildsig, and I used to be an Indy Firebird Club Member. Actually, both my Dad and I were members, and would typically show at the Trans Am Nationals, with a 1980 stock car that he purchased new. My Father purchased a 1979 base Firebird to drive a couple years before he passed away to be with the Lord in 2007, and I've had it sitting in the pole barn for the last three years, just being too lazy to sell it...sitting nose-to-nose with my red 1980 Trans Am! The car was an original owner of a friend of ours before my Dad bought the car, and it is in EXCELLENT condition. Could easily be put into show condition, or a gorgeous daily drive...has Goodyear Polysteel Radials on it, if that tells you anything...with good tread! If the buyer would prefer, I will swap the GY Polysteel Radials for the set of brand new BFG Radial T/As on the Trans Am...nice to have the original tires on the TA! Please take a moment to send me a quick email at dougkildsig@gmail.com if you think anybody would have an interest in this vehicle. I am going to start to market it via the internet, and would sell it to someone associated with the Indy Firebird Club at less than market value. PLEASE shoot me a quick email with your suggestions and the club position so that I can move forward. Blessings, Doug Kildsig

Do you have any pictures of it? And a price range you are looking to get? I will put a classified section on the message board very soon so you can add it there. If you are having trouble posting pictures of it, email them to me at indycamaro2010@yahoo.com and I will post them for you.
Sorry to hear about the passing of your dad.

Hello Mike,
I just penned a response to this posted response from you...to your email address you provided. Sent some quality pics and more details. Please confirm your receipt of my email with a quick response. I would appreciate it. I am sincere about offering a selling price that is below what is determined the vehicle's market value is, to an IFC affiliate and/or member. I would like to see the vehicle sold to a collector, to be very frank and honest. With this type of vehicle, I think that is really the only way the vehicles value is reflected both in consideration and ownership value/experience. Let me know...God's Blessings, Doug

Hey, Doug! Sorry to hear about your dad. You guys were great members and Nat's judges. I was mentioning you to someone recently - for some reason, I recall that you had a pet leopard which was relevant to the conversation...
